The Blue Grass Broil
- 1 split English Muffin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 canned asparagus spears cut in half
- 2 thin slices Blue Grass Ham
- 4 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Butter toasted muffin halves and spread with sour cream.
Top each with 4 asparagus halves and cover with ham slice.
Sprinkle both halves with the cheese.
Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 1
