The Blue Grass Broil

  • 1 split English Muffin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 canned asparagus spears cut in half
  • 2 thin slices Blue Grass Ham
  • 4 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Butter toasted muffin halves and spread with sour cream.
Top each with 4 asparagus halves and cover with ham slice.
Sprinkle both halves with the cheese.
Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 1
