Tangy Honey Apple Crunch Glaze

  • 1 Blue Grass Meats, Whole Jublee Ham
  • 1 frozen can apple juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • juice of one orange and 2 tsp of zest
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • black pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium high heat then reduce to low. Let sauce thicken. Brush over ham while warming in the oven. Serve extra for dipping sauce.
