Blue Grass Quality Meats Apricot Ham Glaze
18 oz. jar Apricot Preserves
3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Dry Mustard
1 Tbs. Onion Powder
1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ tsp. Clove
¼ tsp. Cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients; add Apple Cider Vinegar and mix.
Add preserves and heat to mix thoroughly.
Let cool until time to place the Ham in the oven to heat. Apply to surface of Ham and wrap tightly.
For the last 10 minutes of heating apply one more coating of glaze and leave foil open.
Any flavor of preserves may be substituted for Apricot.
