Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp
I usually double this recipe because everyone loves it so much

12 jumbo shrimp, 12-16 count, peeled + deveined
6 slices of Blue Grass Center Cut Bacon
Kosher Salt
(Creole Seasoning if you like a little spice)

Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with foil. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and sprinkle both sides with creole seasoning. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Place in over for about 15-17 minutes or until shrimp is pink and bacon is crisp around the edges. Serve warm.
