Country Style Cottage Butt and Green Beans

  • 2 lb. Cottage Butt
  • 3 lbs. Fresh Green Beans
  • 12 small New Red Potatoes
  • 1 small Chopped Onion

Cut Cottage Butt into 2” chunks and cook in 2 quarts water on medium heat for 1 hour prior to adding beans, whole potatoes and onion.
Continue cooking on medium heat for 2 hours.
Serves 6 – 8
